Fit Fridays – 11:00 and 2:30

Our Fit Friday program teaches kids about being healthy and staying fit. Each week we’ll do a different activity that’s designed to develop motor skills, boost your heart rate, and get you moving and having fun! Kids of all ages can play tag and learn the basics of rock climbing or yoga from local fitness instructors.
