ABOUT MAKERSPACE

What is a Makerspace?

The primary purpose of a Makerspace is to teach learning through experiences. Through our four integrated stations (Robotics, Circuitry and Electrical, Woodworking, and Textiles), children can explore, create, fail, and recreate while they learn that they are capable of making anything they put their minds to. Instead of providing a set of instructions, our staff encourages everyone to find their own unique way of designing. With an emphasis on STEAM-centered activities, children will also learn classroom and life skills.

Hours
