The grizzly bear is an incredible athlete! These bears are capable of biting with a force of 1200 PSI—enough force to crush a bowling ball! Adults are also capable of running at a speed of 40 MPH! Polar bears are the largest of bear species, weighing in anywhere from 900-1500 pounds, and measuring an astonishing 6 to 10 feet in length!
